Ok quality, poor communication

"I ordered this as an xmas gift. After over a week it still had not even processed, let alone ship. I had to call cuatomer service 3 times just to get an answer as to when it MIGHT ship. The customer service reps I spoke to were nice each time, but promised me a call back to which I never recieved. Finally the third time I got told it would ship that Friday and I would receive an email, it did still did not ship for a couple of days. I did receive it in time for xmas, and the quality was fine. Because of the lack of communication I will probably not order from here again. Also my credit card number got stolen, and this is one of 3 sites as a possibility that it could have happened with."
